The location was very close to where we were staying so we didn’t have to walk far. The staff were very friendly and we were able to put more in/ out of our bags with no difficulty. This is an excellent service and a great location

I had a great experience with the luggage storage at Collblanc! The place was easy to find, and the staff was very friendly and professional. The person at the small mobile accessories shop immediately knew what to do, helped me quickly, and even took photos of the bags for identification. The pickup later was also smooth and fast. Everything felt safe and well-organized. It’s perfectly located near the metro to the airport — super convenient! I can highly recommend this service to anyone staying around L’Hospitalet de Llobregat or Collblanc.

They sealed the bags immediately and the area where they were kept felt monitored and safe. This service completely relieved the stress of traveling with valuable equipment.

We had a huge gap between checking out of our hotel and taking our evening train. I wasn't gonna lug our two heavy suitcases all over Midtown Manhattan that whole time, nope. We found an "Angel" (it was a cool little electronics store) right across from Port Authority, the drop-off took less than 60 seconds. Best decision we made all day seriously.

Hat alles super funktioniert. Leichtes einchecken und auschecken des Gepäcks in dem Schliessfach. Die Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeit macht vieles einfacher. Allerdings gab es auch einen Kritikpunkt. Während unser Gepäck eingeschlossen war, bekamen wir ein Mail, dass wir unser Gepäck schon früher wieder abgeholt hätten, was nicht der Fall war. Das hat zu etwas Unsicherheit geführt. Am Ende war das unbegründet.
