The luggage was stored for one week. During this period, I could access them with no great inconvenience. Moreover, it was extremely efficient to pick them up and return them. 100% recommendable!

经常有流浪汉光顾这家店，让人感觉不太安全。不过还好，那里的店员人挺好的。

Homeless people frequenting the shop which made it feel unsafe. It was ok though and the worker there was good.

这家店很容易找到，寄件和取件的过程也很简单快捷。这是我第一次使用这款应用。让我失望的是，竟然有这么多额外的隐藏费用。最后我支付的金额是最初报价的两倍。我提前取回了行李，账户里也获得了相应额度的积分。但令我失望的是，这些积分无法兑换成退款。总体来说，这确实是一项便捷的服务，但我感觉自己被宰了，以后不会再用了。

The shop was easy to find and the drop off & pick up process easy and quick. It was my first time using the app. I was disappointed that there were so many additional hidden charges. I ended up paying double the initially quoted price. I picked up my bag early and received a credit on my account. I was disappointed that there was no refund option for my credit. Overall it is a handy service but I felt robbed and I would not use it again.

Not easy to find but once you're there, the staff is helpful, drop off and pickup is fast and simole. Good location near train station.
