Booking was very straightforward (the night before). The shop where the luggage was stored looked a bit unprepossessing but our luggage was expected, logged in, photographed, and given back to us promptly on our return all intact - so any concerns we may have had were unjustified.

The description of the luggage storage area led us to believe it was at the railway station, the precise location would not be provided until we paid in full. When we paid it became apparent the location was 300m away, this was a problem due to tdf road closures. In addition we could not find the actual location, the description given and location on google maps could not direct us the the storage area. It was a complete waste of time and money.
