직원들은 매우 친절했지만, 숙소로 올라가는 길이 매우 가파릅니다. 또한 수하물을 수령할 시간을 미리 알려주면, 예정보다 일찍 돌아오더라도 직원이 없을 수도 있습니다. 저희도 그런 상황을 겪었습니다. 짐을 찾으러 갔을 때 그곳은 문을 닫은 상태였습니다. 아마도 매니저의 부모님 댁인 것 같더군요. 결국 한 블록 떨어진 곳에서 매니저를 찾아 짐을 되찾을 수 있었지만, 짐을 맡길 때 수령에 대해 꼭 미리 상의해 두시기 바랍니다.

Staff was very helpful but the climb to the location is very steep. And when you tell them what time you will pick-up your luggage, that means they may not be there if you decide to come back earlier. That was the case for us. When I got there for the pick-up, the place was closed; it's the manager's parent's home it seems. I eventually found the manager a block away and was able to retrieve our luggage; but make sure you discuss the retrieval at drop-off.

보관 장소는 한 남성의 차고였는데, 가파른 언덕 위였지만 그리 멀리 올라가지는 않았습니다. 직원들은 친절했고, 영어는 못했지만 괜찮았습니다. 차고는 보안 게이트 안쪽에 위치해 있습니다. 짐을 찾으러 갔을 때 그 남성은 약간 귀찮아하는 듯 보였습니다. 전반적으로 그 정도 수준에서는 괜찮았지만, 위치가 그다지 안전해 보이지는 않았고 서비스도 대단히 훌륭하지는 않았습니다.

Storage location was in a man’s garage and was up a steep hill but not too far up. Staff was nice, spoke no English but that’s fine. The garage is in a location behind a secure gate. When I picked up the bags the man seemed a little bothered. Overall it was good for what it was but the location doesn’t seem incredibly secure and the service isn’t amazing.

위치가 너무 멀고 도로 상태도 매우 나쁘기 때문에, 이곳에 짐을 맡기는 것은 별로 추천하지 않습니다.

어디로 가야 할지 알게 되니 찾기가 정말 쉬웠어요. 기차역에서 차로 금방 갈 수 있는 거리였고, 주인분이 차에서 짐을 내릴 수 있도록 자기 집 진입로를 이용하게 해 주셨어요.

Really easy to find once we knew where we were going. Short drive from the train station, and the guy let us drive down his driveway to unload our car.
