Staff was very helpful but the climb to the location is very steep. And when you tell them what time you will pick-up your luggage, that means they may not be there if you decide to come back earlier. That was the case for us. When I got there for the pick-up, the place was closed; it's the manager's parent's home it seems. I eventually found the manager a block away and was able to retrieve our luggage; but make sure you discuss the retrieval at drop-off.

Storage location was in a man’s garage and was up a steep hill but not too far up. Staff was nice, spoke no English but that’s fine. The garage is in a location behind a secure gate. When I picked up the bags the man seemed a little bothered. Overall it was good for what it was but the location doesn’t seem incredibly secure and the service isn’t amazing.

Great location, friendly and helpful host, very smooth and easy drop-off and pick-up. Highly recommend.

Easy and quick!

Really easy to find once we knew where we were going. Short drive from the train station, and the guy let us drive down his driveway to unload our car.
