Prenotato molto prima per avere la sicurezza di lasciare i nostri bagagli, ma una volta arrivati al ristorante, scopriamo che era chiuso e sarebbe rimasto così per qualche settimana. Vergognoso non aver avvisato chi aveva prenotato e già speso i suoi soldi per il servizio. Risultato: abbiamo perso 2 ore della nostra giornata per trovare una soluzione. Il servizio clienti ci ha risposto limitandosi a dire che ci avrebbe rimborsato senza aiutarci in altro modo. Alle nostre lamentele ha bloccato la chat. Radical Luggage dovrebbe verificare che il partner sia aperto invece di fare cassa passivamente. Non lo consiglio assolutamente. Mai più.

The experience was decent, the storage location and booking experience are fine, however the interaction with the stuff could definitely be improved. Seems like you are really pissing them off, while you are PAYING a service!

Very convenient location and kind staff. It was safe and easy. The only thing is the location is a bit confusing — Yes it IS in the restaurant that Google maps brings you to :)

Location was easy to find and staff were knowledgeable of the process. Secure room upstairs away from main dining area. Pickup was quick and easy. Really appreciated the service to not lug a stroller all over Gravensteen.
