Well, when we arrived the restaurant was closed. We called the phone number indicated but the guy never came to open. Kids from the restaurant owner opened us… Come on guys, it’s super irresponsible to let them do this… I don’t understand, we felt very bad for them, it’s absolutely not their role…

I came at 3pm and it was closed

Currently outside the restaurant to drop off our bags. It's closed and we booked a slot at 10:30 this morning while the restaurant opens at 12:00. Would not recommend. Luckily you can easily change the drop-off location

we was there and thought it was weird that it was located in a resturant but the guy was professional and very quick when we wanted our bags. also a better price than the central station. we first was a bit confused but we got our bags no problem. yes it’s ok

I almost never leave negative reviews because I understand that mistakes can happen, but this was genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a luggage storage service. When I arrived, the location was closed. I called the customer service number several times, but no one answered. I asked people nearby, and nobody seemed to know anything about the business. After about 35 minutes of waiting and calling repeatedly, someone finally answered and said they would come over. When they arrived, I discovered the “storage location” was an abandoned-looking, dirty café. It felt completely unprofessional and did not inspire any confidence. Before leaving, I specifically told the employee that I would be back in about an hour to collect my luggage and asked them not to leave. They assured me they would be there. Ten minutes before returning, I even texted to let them know I was on my way. When I arrived, the place was closed again, and no one was there. I had to call multiple times before someone finally came back. Because of this delay, I missed my train. The entire experience was stressful, unreliable, and extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this location to anyone, and based on this experience, I would not recommend Radical Storage either.
